Jason Springer grew up in the construction industry and is currently finishing up an undergraduate degree in Construction Engineering Management at Oregon State University . After spending time abroad in Latin America, Jason recognized the heavy need present in these developing nations and the role that construction engineering could potentially play in improving their quality of life. Aspiring to live by II Chronicles 16:9, Jason is trusting that God will blow his mind with both reaching Latin America and Ncompass.
